Rick began driving truck back in 1995 and first started giving CDL exams in 2001. He then created his own company in 2011. Rick drove full time for almost 30 years before working for his own company full time. The training portion of the business began in April of 2023 allowing him to spend more quality time with drivers to help ensure safety out on the roads.

His son Sam obtained his CDL in 2022. He quickly followed his father’s footsteps by becoming certified to give CDL exams by the spring of 2025 and to start training new drivers in the fall of 2025. He now drives part time while assisting Rick in training and testing.
